Therapeutic Art Experiences for Children and Adults
For centuries man has used art as a form of communication, a mode of self expression and a way to talk about part of the human experience that is outside of words. Art can connect people to others and themselves. The more we learn about ourselves, the more we dare to discover our depths and capabilities, the more we heal. This is an intuitive and wordless form of getting to know ourselves, where we're from, and how we design our lives. It is somewhere in this process of knowing ourselves that we meet grace and experience healing.
